For seven years, Women Making History Week has launched from this city anchored by the unwavering partnership of Councilwoman Andrea L. Boone. A proven advocate. A servant leader. The daughter of a civil rights giant who learned early that you don't wait for history you MAKE it .
Year after year, Councilwoman Boone has stood with us and we have hosted thousands of women. She has celebrated our honorees, amplified our mission, and reminded Atlanta that women entrepreneurs are not a trend they are the economic and spiritual backbone of our communities .
